Michael is the type of real estate professional you want on your team. From the minute I met him he helped me understand his role in this process, the level of support and the type service he would provide. In addition he also asked me what I needed from him as we continued thru this process. What I liked about Michael was the consistent and constant clarification on what I needed, what I was looking for. This was a challenging search because a property I was really interested in was not yet available for viewing. Even though it was not available Michael continued to reach out to the listing agent for updates. He did not drop the ball on the property I ended up buying. He always referred to my needs, as stated by me, as it related to a property, and kept me focused on what was important. He allowed me to get to "yes" "I want to make an offer" staying focused on my specific needs, etc. He never rushed me to make a decision and he never answered a question for me, he encouraged me to answer it myself. He was timely in getting information to me and he always followed up to see if I had questions about the information received or if I needed further assistance. When it came time to make an offer, he educated me. He did his research, he shared the research with me and its value in deciding the offer amount, and the strategy behind "my low ball offer". Unbeknownest to me, he had multiple conversations with the listing agent to set-up my offer. Although I was nervous, because another offer was on the table, he reassured me that my offer including add-ons was a no brainer. He was right! He did a helluva job presenting the offer and I came out a winner. WOW! A true real estate professional who looks out for his client.
